A dynamic calendar of events is available here. This calendar is updated in real time throughout the year. Key dates – including the start of terms and official holidays – have now been confirmed and added. Further details and events will be included in due course, so please check back regularly.
First Days of School
The first day of school for all students from Year 1 to Year 6 will be 24 September 2025.
Kinder 2 pupils will start school on 1 October 2025.
Kinder 1 pupils will start school on 1 or 2 October 2025, as per appointment that will be sent to parents via email in due course.
Admission and Dismissal Times
Admission Time
The Breakfast Club will start operating from the first day of school, from 07:00 am till 08:15 am. Children arriving by transport will be admitted to school as soon as they arrive. Year 1 to Year 6 students will be admitted starting at 08:30 am, with Kinder 1 and Kinder 2 pupils admitted immediately after that.
School doors will be closed at 08:40 am. Students arriving after 08:40 am have to use the entrance on Dr Nikola Zammit Street.
Dismissal Time
Dismissal starts at 14:15 for Kinder pupils, followed by the other year groups in order.
Please note that Kinder 1 pupils will finish school at 12:00 pm for the first 5 days of school. This schedule is set by the education department to help children adjust to being at school. Klabb 3-16 will be available for Kinder 1 pupils from 9 or 10 October 2025 (depending on the first day of school).
School staff is not responsible for any child who is not picked up on time. While we understand that sometimes a parent may be running late, this should be the exception and not the rule.
School Attendance
School attendance is mandatory. Please use this form to justify 1 or 2-day absences. Students are to hand in this form either before or immediately upon coming back to school after an absence. We will also provide a hard copy of the form when school starts.
Please note that if a student is sick for more than 2 consecutive days, a medical certificate needs to be presented. Unauthorised absences are automatically flagged and reported if they exceed 2 days in a month or 9 days in any given period.
