Tema tas-seminar: Dyslexia: Inħarsu ’l quddiem

Matul dan is-seminar il-kelliema se jiddiskutu l-isfidi li kellhom jiffaċċjaw bħala ġenituri u d-diversi strateġiji li użaw biex uliedhom kellhom esperjenza edukattiva pożittiva li ’l quddiem issarrfet f’suċċess. Se jkun hemm ukoll studenti li se jaqsmu l-opininjonijet tagħhom fuq dak li ħadem għalihom. Dawk preżenti se jkollhom l-opportunità li jiddiskutu, jagħmlu mistoqsijiet u jaqsmu l-esperjenzi tagħhom ma’ ħaddieħor.

The Specific Learning Difficulties Service would like to invite parents of students with dyslexia to a seminar which will take place as follows:

Date: Friday, 22nd November 2019
Time: 9.30am – 12.30pm
Venue: Attard Parish Centre (near Attard Parish Church)
Title of seminar: Dyslexia: Moving Forward

During this Seminar speakers will discuss the challenges they faced as young parents and the various strategies they used to enable their children to have positive educational experiences and later success. Older students will be invited to share their views on what worked for them. Participants will also be given the opportunity to discuss, to ask questions and to share their concerns and positive experiences.

Fl-okkażżjoni tal-festa ta’ Sant’Injazju li ċċelebrajna fl-iskola, fix-xahar ta’ Ottubru, tqassmu santi ta’ qaddisin żgħażaġħ mill-arċipriet Fr Josef Mifsud. Fuq wara ta’ dawn is-santi kien hemm numru miktub. Ittella’ numru bix-xorti u n-numru li tela’ kien 107. Min għandu din is-santa bin-numru 107 fuq wara hu mitlub li jikkuntattja lill-arċipriet sabiex jingħata premju.

The next Family Digital Science Quest is this Saturday, 16th November.

Esplora, in collaboration with the Directorate for Digital Literacy and Transversal Skills within MEDE, Robocoach and Avantis, would like to invite children for the Family Digital Science Quest!

Year 4, 5 and 6 students can join us together with their family and friends. They will be enticed to:

1) Select one of the themes and complete a quest using their LearnPads,

2) Participate in a robotics workshops,

3) Take a photo using the Esplora Green Screen or the Esplora Illusion Room photo opportunity,

4) Meet the Esplora robot – ZED, and

5) Visit the Esplora Planetarium!
