As part of the work being done on the Heritage Trail by our Ekoskola Committee, the pupils of year 2.2 went for a walk around the narrow and winding streets of Siġġiewi and looked for some of the features that make it so special. Mr David Abela accompanied us and gave us more information about what we were observing.

On Tuesday 14th March, year 2.4 presented a special assembly about the Feast of St.Joseph, which is celebrated on March 19th .
Students discussed St Joseph’s life and all the teachings he passed on to Jesus. They also explained how we celebrate this feast in Malta, which includes a big traditional feast in Rabat, as well as delicious typical foods found on this day – namely the zeppoli and Maltese sfineg. Our assembly ended with a prayer to St.Joseph.
