Karl Vella Foundation – Educational Support

Dear Parents/Legal Guardians,

Karl Vella Foundation (KVF) provides psychotherapeutic support to families and children who are going through an illness or loss of a family member. Through the Wellness Pod programme, the children are equipped with skills that help them process their thoughts and express their emotions in a safe place, through various therapy sessions and modalities, such as; arts, crafts, mindfulness, body movement and stories. As of January 2024, KVF has been delivering an innovative service to support children in academic subjects between 5 and 17 years of age, who were disrupted by an illness or loss of a family member. This service is being sponsored by The Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation.
