Illum qed nibagħtulkom xi riżorsi dwar l-importanza li nemmnu fina nfusna u fil-kapaċitajiet tagħna – self-esteem. Din hi meta persuna temmen li hi kapaċi u li għandha valur u għalhekk tapprezza u tħobb lilha nnifisha. Meta t-tfal jitgħallmu jirrispettaw lilhom infushom u jemmnu li għandhom potenzjal ikunu persuni li jħarsu lejn il-ħajja b’pożittivita’. Kull attivita’ għandha l-eta’ għal min hi adattata u linji gwida kif tużawha.

Dear parents and guardians,
We hope that you are doing fine.
Today we are sending some resources about the importance of positive self-esteem. Self-esteem is when an individual has self-worth and personal value, as s/he appreciates and likes him/herself. When children learn to respect themselves and believe in their potential they will be happy persons. Each activity has the recommended age group and guidelines as to how to go about it.
