Dear parents and guardians,
We hope that you are doing fine.
Today we are sending some resources about the importance of keeping ourselves calm, without worrying and to be resilient in our lives. It is important that children learn from an early age that in this way we are happy and it is also beneficial for our health. Each activity has the recommended age group and guidelines as to how to go about it.
Thank you for your attention.
Regards,
Ms Janice & Ms Claire
