Ġbir ta’ Kotba – Nota Importanti

Għeżież Ġenituri

L-għalliema tat-tfal tagħkom ser ikunu qed jagħtukom data u ħin meta tiġu tiġbru l-kotba tat-tfal tagħkom. Importanti ħafna li żżommu l-appuntament għax jekk titilfuh ma tkunux tistgħu tiġbru l-kotba f’ġurnata oħra jew f’ħin ieħor. Il-kotba ser ikunu qed jitqassmu mill-entratura fejn hemm il-klassijiet tal-Year 1, jiġifieri minn Triq Ħal Niklusi. Il-kotba ser ikunu ppreparati klassi, klassi jiġifieri mhux ser ikun permess li xi ħadd jiġbor xi basktijiet ta’ tfal ta’ xi ħbieb jew aħwa fl-istess ħin.  Dan qed nagħmluh minħabba raġunijiet ta’ saħħa u sigurta’. Ser tkunu mitluba li tiffirmaw b’hekk qed nitolbukom li ġġibu biro magħkom biex kulħadd juża tiegħu.

Dear Parents

The teachers will be sending you the date and time for the collection of books of your children.  It is very important that you keep with your appointment because if you miss it you will not be able to collect the books on another day or at a different time. You are kindly asked to collect the books from Ħal Niklusi street, the entrance next to the year 1 classes.  The bags with the books will be prepared class by class so nobody will be allowed to collect other bags, except the bag of the child as indicated in the appointment.  We are being strict about this for health and safety reasons.  We kindly ask you to get a pen with you as you will be asked to sign upon collection of books.
